Luke McGahren, J.D.
Associate Attorney
Luke McGahren is an associate attorney at McGahren Law, where he brings a strong foundation in litigation and trial advocacy to the practice.
A cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, Luke distinguished himself as executive chair of the law school’s renowned mock trial program, which was ranked fourth in the nation during his tenure. He was also selected for membership in the Clarke-Carley Inn of Court in recognition of his commitment to trial advocacy and was inducted into the prestigious Order of the Barristers for excellence in courtroom advocacy.
While at UGA Law, he served on the managerial board of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and represented the university at both the National Trial Competition—where he earned the Best Advocate Award, Southeast Region—and the Tournament of Champions, an invitation-only competition featuring the nation’s top 16 mock trial programs.
Luke is licensed to practice law in Georgia and is committed to serving his clients with integrity, dedication, and a client-first approach.
