Eric J. Marlett is a Senior Associate at McGahren Law, where he brings over 20 years of litigation experience to the firm.
At McGahren Law, Eric is focused on the firm’s most complex litigation and appellate matters across a wide range of practice areas. He handles matters that require extensive legal research, careful motion drafting, and a meticulous eye for detail. Eric approaches every case with the same conviction: to fight for his clients to the fullest extent the law allows.
Eric holds a J.D. from New York Law School and an M.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, giving him a business-minded approach to complex litigation. He earned his B.S. in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Licensed in Georgia since 2003 and Florida since 2006, Eric is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. He has also served on the State Bar of Georgia’s Appellate Practice Section Communications Committee.
